A值:射嘴中心到注塑机头板的垂直距离;
B值:注塑机头板尺寸到安全门的Z高值;
C值:注塑成品(含治具)所需要的成品空间,机械手手臂所需要的行程≧A+B+C
The arm stroke for finished product arm(for example)
A value: centre of nozzle to the injection head plate vertical distance;
B value: high of injection to exit the nose plate size;
C value: The space required for a product,Needed for the manipulator arm

横出行程
D或E值:射嘴中心到前安全门(电脑板侧)或后安全门(电脑板另侧)的垂直距离;
F值:产品在安全门外处理所需的空间(如人员操作空间,输送带所占的空间或是特殊
工装所占用的空间等等)机械手横出所需的行程 ≧D or E+F
Cross out the trip
D or E value: to exit before the nozzle center (computer board) or after exit
the vertical distance (computer board) to the other side;
F value: the space required for the product in the security door handle (such
as personnel operating space, the space of conveyor belt of or special tooling
occupied space,etc.)
